Refund policy

KoKocino Refund & Exchange Policy

When making a purchase with KoKocino, you thereby agree to our sales conditions including our Refund & Exchange policies as listed below. We recommend you read these policies prior to placing your order.

KoKocino will provide refunds according to Australian Consumer Laws. (i.e. - we will provide a refund if an item is faulty, wrongly described, or does not do what it is supposed to.) If the item is faulty, you can choose between a full refund, repair, exchange or store credit.

To submit a refund or exchange, please contact us within 7 calendar days of receiving your product with details of your purchase. We will ask you to supply images and illustrate the fault. Please also keep all packaging and boxes to help us make a claim if necessary.

If you are entitled to a refund, you will receive it via the same method that you purchased the item (i.e. - If you paid via paypal, your refund will be via paypal).


Change of Mind

KoKocino does not generally offer refunds for change of mind. If you are not happy with a product, we may decide to extend the offer of a credit note or exchange at our discretion. Please note that if this is the case, you will be required to notify us within 7 calendar days of receiving the item.
